Great design and well built. A digital caliper is an essential part of any tool collection whether it be bike-related or otherwise. Gets rid of the guesswork and gives you accurate measurements for whatever you're working on.

The tool that comes with the devise to unbolt the battery cover does not fit the screws and thus damages the head of the screws. You will end up having to tape your brand new battery compartment to keep it closed. very bad.

I owned the Park Calipers before this, they work fine but my gripe was that the battery compartment door was always coming off as you slide the caliper. Not the end of the world, but when somebody misplaced my caliper and I needed to replace it, I saw the two little screws that hold the battery door on and made my decision that it was for sure worth the extra money. Glad I did too, these are awesome. if I was going to nitpick something, the battery in my caliper was dead when I opened them up. I would consider removing a star for that, however, Feedback included a battery in the packaging so all was forgiven and I am stoked on my purchase.
