The Velcro belt is weak and does not hold up under aggressive downhill. I have to use a metal clip the keep it around my waist. Do not buy The pockets fit what I need but it’s a ridiculously poor design for a strap. Check out Race Face

phone does not fit

FYI the phone pocket will not fit an iPhone (at least iPhone X or similar sized phone)
