Wreckoning-LS GX Eagle i9 Mountain Bike

Burly enough for steep freeride lines yet comfortable enough to ride all day, the Evil Wreckoning-LS is the ultimate machine for riders who're focused on ripping the descents but still want to get to them under their own power. Equipped with 166mm of travel in the rear, the Wreckoning is built for the trails that make us question our sanity, but once we drop-in, we feel surprisingly comfortable hucking drops and skidding down steep chutes to the catch berm. The DELTA suspension system continues to blow us away with its uncanny ability to offer endless rear-wheel traction on the climbs and descents while remaining easy to pop and flick around on rolling trails. The headtube angle sits at a riotously slack 64.6 or 63.9 degrees depending on what setting we have the linkage's flip-chip in for incredible stability at mind-melting speeds, and the steep 77-degree seat tube angle, in the low setting, gets us into a comfortable position to climb back to the top for a second lap and racking up the miles.

The Evil Wreckoning-LS GX Eagle i9 gets Lightly Salted with some future-proof features including internal cable routing, room for a SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger, and trunnion shock spacers inside the linkage for easier maintenance. This build utilizes the workhorse SRAM's GX Eagle drivetrain, which provides reliable shifting no matter how gnarly the conditions get. Trusty 29-inch Industry Nine hoops are laced up to Hydra hubs for a super durable and compliant ride feel and the ability to roll up and over just about anything. The 170mm travel RockShox ZEB Ultimate fork gets paired with a Super Deluxe Coil Ultimate shock for just the right balance of suppleness for launching into high-speed sequences and pedal-friently pop so that we're not waisting our energy on our way back to the top. Whether we're ripping insanely technical freeride lines in the PNW or taking on a dry and dusty enduro course, the Evil Wreckoning-LS GX Eagle i9 Mountain Bike has our back from losing our lines to botching landings.
