Description

Hang on tight.

Looking for a tire that excels in pretty much every condition? Sure, we all are, but few tires roll very quickly without compromising grip, and there's almost always some sort of tradeoff. If you plan to barrel through lines blind and want a tire you can trust, you'll be grateful to have the e*thirteen 27.5in TRS Race Tire wrapped around your hoops. The component manufacturer has consistently been getting praise for its tires, and its TRS Race line is for the discerning cyclist looking for zero compromises.

On trails that resemble rain forest conditions where humidity consistently coats the root lattices and mossy rock gardens, you can count on the sticky TRS Race to stay glued to any line you steer it into. Siping on the tops of the knobs add further knobby articulation and traction while the ramped center knobs won't bog you down when you're pedaling hard through a flatter, drier, hardpack stretches. And best of all, the TRS Race tires setup tubeless without a hassle and we've had excellent results with not flatting.

  • Maintain grip on a wet loam and dry hardpack alike
  • Dual-compound rubber construction combines grip and speed
  • Knobs engineered to grip on wet, slick trails
  • Optimized to fits rims with an internal width of 24 to 31mm

I'm always looking for new tires to try out. I gave these a try and couldn't be happier. The traction while climbing and descending is excellent. On par with the best aggressive trail tires on the market. The large side lugs offer unrivaled cornering grip and beg you to dip lower into the turns. Braking traction is incredible. The only minor drawback to this tire is it rolls a little slow. If you're looking for an aggressive mountain tire that isn't Maxxis I highly recommend you give these a try.
