Ditch the tubes.

Convert your Easton tubeless-ready Arc or Heist rims to tubeless — and gain the benefits of lower tire pressure and fewer pinch flats — with the Easton Tubeless Kit. Each kit comes complete with two removable-core Easton valves with valve removal tools and enough tubeless rim tape to outfit two wheels up to 29in. The tape weighs nine grams per wheel and the valves are 6.4 grams each, which is peanuts compared to the weight you'll save by ditching those tubes.

Tricky to install, but worth it!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I had been having issues with some factory tape job on my wheels and just could not get the wheels to seal.
I finally gave up and decided to give the Easton kit a go, and it worked the first time around. The tape is as bit tricky to get it to adhere to the carbon wheels, and I simply went around the wheel twice. I used the Stan's No Tube TR valves with this tape, and I now have a set of wheels that I can trust.

Does the job!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have used a variety of different tubeless setup methods and kits. This one is simple and does the trick, I have set up many tires using this kit, with no issues. Simple all-in-one kit, just make sure your tires and rims are tubeless compatible!

no problems

I did not do the install but have been riding this kit with no problems. It's held up and I've been really happy with it.

The Best Option

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Let me be brutally honest, I love Orange Seal for their sealant and feel like it coats super evenly and doesn't get super clumpy like Stans, BUT the Orange Seal tape is kind of not great. The Easton tape is much better, it has a little better give to it and I felt like it was easier to install and comes in more appropriate widths, plus the Easton Valve Stems are quite good as well.

I will for sure be buying Easton tubeless kits moving forward.
