Item # EAS001H

35mm of readiness.

Take Easton's most popular mountain bike stem and beef it up to accommodate the new 35mm handlebar standard that has emerged, and you end up with the Easton Haven 35 Stem.

The "standard" 31.8mm-clamp Haven stem is Easton's best seller for good reasons: it's light, stiff, strong, and it looks good, too. Few stems have the same degree of range, being light enough for XC use but strong enough to hang onto all-mountain rigs and even some gravity machines. Expand the clamp interface to accept a bigger and stronger 35mm handlebar, then, and you create a stem that's also bigger and stronger to keep up while still being well-balanced. The Haven 35 is available in a relatively wide range of sizes, as well, and still only weighs 138 grams at 50mm.

The Easton Haven 35 Stem is available in the color Black and comes in 40mm, 50mm, 70mm, and 90mm lengths.

Works great

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Nice stem, I like the muted aesthetic and polished finish. Feels nice and stiff, gives me really precise handling because of limited flex from the bar/stem combo.

heavenly stem

the perfect balance of strength, stiffness, and light weight. tough to go wrong with Easton Haven products.

A little added stiffness

Is just what the doctor ordered for someone looking to rail corners just that much harder, and this does it. Go 35 and you'll notice the difference.

    Does what's supposed to

Recently went to a wider bars and thought I'd go 35mm, bought the haven bars and stem. I'm a big fan of easton cockpit using stem, handlebars and lock-on grips. and all 3 are superb.

I like the new bolt scheme easton came up with, makes a little easier to install, also like most easton products it's very clean design and won't interfere with your color bits but also won't add any bling, it's more of a stealth kind piece which I like it, like you would expect goes very well with the easton handlebars, very well finished and looks high quality materials.

If you don't need a wider than 750mm bars I'd go easton over race face, if you need 800mm bars the sixc/atlas combo should do it but I see no reason to buy the next sl bars over the easton combo which is great!

I went from a 711mm/50mm to 750mm/40mm combo and the size is great!

    Holds your handlebars on

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Nice stem, probably the best option if you're going with Haven bars (since you'll need the 35mm clamp, and other options are hard to come by). Recommended.

    Thumbs Up.

I decided to upgrade to wider bars on my Juliana Roubion... and then the dilemma... is the new 35mm worth it? Well... I still don't know for sure, but I'm plenty happy with the purchase. Running solid for 3 months at this point, with multiple rides per week. This particular stem seemed like a great strength to weight ratio and I like the looks of the more simple design.
