One of the reasons many stick with their component maker for so many years is that the thought of having to not only buy a new group but new wheels is just too much to stomach. That's why we're offering the DT Swiss 240s Road Freehub Body Kit; it's cheaper, easier, and simpler than buying new wheels.

This kit works with DT Swiss 180, 190 and 240s and 350  rear hubs. DT Swiss offers the body in both Campagnolo-spline and Shimano/SRAM-spline versions.

When you buy the 240s body, you're actually buying a kit. DT Swiss calls the Campy version HWYABX00S1296S and the Shimano/SRAM version HWYABX00S1239S. Both come with both a freehub body and drive side axle end cap. The bearings are steel balls riding on steel races.

  • Compatible with DT Swiss 180, 190, 240S and 350 rear hubs
  • Available in Campagnolo and Shimano/SRAM-spline versions
  • Take your DT wheels with you, even if you're firing your old component company

Swiss Quality!

I've used it several times

Picked this up to convert my Shimano 10-speed freehub body to 11-speed and it works just like it is intended to do. If you're doing an upgrade with your drivetrain and love your wheels, this is the answer you need for your DT 180, 240 or 360 hubs. Questions? Feel free to reach out to me.

I've put it through the wringer

plug and play, dt swiss makes great hubs and this falls right in line. I've bought a couple of these now, never any issues.

I've used it several times

Had a 9/10 speed freehub body, manufacture informed me this freehub was the right one, fairly simple to do, my old Wheelset is now on an 11 speed machine with no wheel dishing, trueing, etc... Very happy!

Will this hub body works with DT 180 ceramic?
