Cheap bolt, stripped at torque spec

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I needed a new stem spacer and decided to go with this kit to have a matching cap for just $10 more than the spacers alone. Big mistake. I installed the head cap to spec (4nm via torque wrench) and then needed to further adjust my alignment. When I tried to take it back apart, the cheap bolt included with the cap easily stripped out. I've spent the past few days figuring out how to get the stripped bolt out of my bike without ruining expensive components. The cheap material used in the bolt kept wearing away and prevented removal. I finally ended up hammering a large T30 Torx bit into the bolt, supergluing it all together, and successfully removed the stripped bolt. The cap is now worn and trash. The bolt was trash to begin with. What an expensive 3m spacer I managed to purchase... *To be clear, this kit came with two bolts. A black one for installation and another color-matched one for looks. The issues with the stripped bolt occurred with the black installation bolt. I did not even try to use the color-matched aluminum bolt.

Great bit of bling

Familiarity:

Bought this mainly for the looks. Works great as a top cap and looks cool. Not really much else to say about it.

Nice Stem Cap

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I love this Deity Stem Cap. It fits perfectly with the Deity Copperhead 35mm Stem. I got the blue cap and the blue Deity stem to match. I wanted some bling for my cockpit. I went with the Chromag FU40 that are blue as well, and the color match was great and close enough. I also added some Chromag Clutch Grips, and some Chromag Stem Spacers in blue as well. My MTB is mostly grey with hints of blue.
