Description

Contour PRO Bib Short

The Contour PRO Bib Short from De Marchi offers classic styling, durability, and performance-driven fabrics offering comfort during training and racing efforts. Thanks to its ergonomic 6-panel contoured fit, you'll enjoy hours of comfortable pedaling while in the saddle. Its constructed in Italy of an Elastic Mesh material featuring Lycra for optimal compression and temperature regulation. To ensure you get a few seasons out of these bibs, De Marchi reinforces the stitching, increasing its durability. It sits softly against the skin an easily adapts to your every movement. Chamois duties are handled by an EIT Gara Insert shielding you from rock hard saddles and buzzy pavement. Leg openings receive pre-shaped, seamless grippers ensuring they stay in place over the course of the ride and final details include high visibility reflective stripes helping to increase your presence among motorists in low light conditions.

  • Bib shorts that balance quality, performance, and price
  • 6-panel construction provide muscle support for long mile comfort
  • Elastic EIT insert yields excellent cushioning over rough roads
  • Genuine Sports Lycra offers temperature regulation and compression
  • Pre-shaped, seamless leg grippers prevent migration while pedaling

Fits perfect, feels just perfect

Excellent cut but...

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: L

This bibshort has an excellent cut and fit, the legs are long which is great and they offer good support. But the pad is on the cheap side: it doesn’t have the density of more established brands like Castelli; they’re OK for short rides but my butt tells me to forget them for those 100 km plus rides...

Lousy

Bad fit, poorly constructed, not worth the cost

Agree, I have the same issue with this bib. - 5'11" 167lbs with size L.

5'11 160lbs 31" 501s
Have done a 2 hr and nearly 3 hr ride so far.
Medium is just right. Fits the same as Castelli and other Italian race-cut bibs. Construction is good. Simpler design than the big $ shorts, same material throughout, but it's good material and has nice compression. Best leg band design of any bibs I've owned - doesn't move at all and not too tight.
Only knock is that I would have liked a wider shoulder strap, but once riding, it's not noticeable.
