do not seem protective

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

i bought a pair of these cause i was caught out on a trip to the bike park and forgot my knee pads. they run a full size small which is not a big deal I was able to try them on. i always wear medium knee pads but the mediums in these i could not even put on. but i really doubt if these are very protective, when you push on the front you can easily feel your kneecap. even my troy lee stage knee pads feel way more protective.

I returned this product before using it

I received 2 left knee pads. Not the first person this happened to based on some other reviews I found on other sites.

They do their thing!

Familiarity:

I'm pretty skinny (6'6" 188lbs), and size large is great. I like how they're soft. They're not bulky at all. I don't notice them too much when riding. It's a pretty simple product that seems to do the trick. I haven't had a significant crash in them, so I can only speak to the fit and comfort.

Purchased for my 11 yo son thinking a men's small would be big enough. Product looks and appears to be well made, looking to return for a medium.

Comfort and Protection-Finally

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Great alternative between stiff bulky knee pads and neoprene sleeves. I wore them for the better part of 140 miles over 6 days of riding in mid 90's (Moab) weather. At first, I though it was going to be massively uncomfortable, but once on the bike in riding position, I nearly forgot I had them on. I'm 6'3", 200# and I ordered a size Large. Fit was perfect. Tight enough to stay in place without cutting off circulation or causing any rubbing issues. Ventilation is adequate, but I did push them down on extended climbs. Happy to report no crash tests though.

Great Flex with Good Protection

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I bought these for the downhill park. The strap on top is really nice, makes it easy to get over bike shoes and then you can strap it down tight once on your legs. These are really great because they are not super bulky but have protection on the both the top and sides of legs. They have a nice stretch to them, so they are more flexible and comfortable to wear all day. I have had a few good falls on them on some hard rocks, and material stay in place.
