I have these on both my trail and hardtail bikes and can’t imagine ever going to anything else. Allows for slight float/movement when pedaling around so my knees are happy, but the solid platform underneath means I feel more comfortable really getting after it on the downhill. The platform itself isn’t so large as to be an issue on roots and rocks, unlike other flat pedals. Obviously these are for clipless shoes, but the platform is large enough that you could keep on riding if needed, or pedal from the garage to your car in your flip flops. Love the splatter design over the original color ways too.
