They may look like your favorite everyday summer attire, but they’re built with technical fabrics and a cycling-oriented cut, so they transition from the coffee shop to the trailhead, and back again, without a moment’s hesitation.

Club Ride built the Eden shorts out of its PowerWeave fabric. The polyester blend was chosen because it’s abrasion-resistant, stretchy, and it has excellent wicking properties. Basically, PowerWeave’s construction helps to pull moisture away from the skin, and to the surface of the shorts where it can evaporate. In other words, it fights to keep you cool and dry when you’re working up a sweat. And since it’s UPF30 rated, it blocks harmful UV rays, keeping you protected.

While the cut keeps the Eden shorts looking relaxed, features like the adjustable side-buckle waist adjustment make them perfect for long rides. For example, you’re unlikely to notice the seamless crotch gusset, which is a good thing, because it enhances both comfort and durability. The zippered leg openings let you crank up the airflow, should you find it necessary. And it comes with a removable Damselcham liner, which uses breathable PowerMesh fabric and a CoolMax chamois to keep you feeling fresh.
