    Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

My bag arrived promptly and I was looking forward to using it as a small cross-body bag for cycling. The bag arrived with two issues: 1- It was packaged such that the bag is warped inward (i.e. opposite of the curve when in use on your body). That will likely resolve itself with some use. 2- The rear pocket is very loosely sewn in. It's quite baggy and open vs. the web photos which show a notepad and pen in the pocket. I wouldn't trust anyting in that pocket to not fall out when used in a cross body situation. Too bad, I was looking forward to using this bag, but it's going back.
