Volt 1200 Headlight

Sure, powerful, palm-sized headlights have been on the market for more than a few years, but did you ever expect to see light output that rivals your car's high beams? Well, whether or not you were ready for it, this is the reality. With CatEye's Volt 1200, you receive 1200 lumens of illumination, all in a rechargeable, self-contained package.

Yes, the Volt 1200 is larger than the Volt 300, however, it's still far smaller than lights with external batteries. The battery and light are housed in a self-contained body. It runs off of a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery that's housed in a quick-change compartment that's ideal for long rides and commutes. And if your illumination aims are more focused towards 24 hour races, additional batteries and charging cradles are also available separately.

CatEye's Volt 1200 features two X2 LED lights, and it has five modes: Dynamic, Normal, All-Night, Hyper Constant, and Flashing. The battery will last 2 hours on Dynamic mode, 5 hours on Normal mode, 17.5 hours on All-Night mode, 14.5 hours on Hyper Constant, and a full 100 hours on flashing mode. The Volt 1200 features a low battery indicator and lighting mode memory function. And for both convenience and theft-prevention, it mounts easily on your handlebars.

The CatEye Volt 1200 comes with a USB charging cable and takes about 8 to 14 hours to reach a full charge. The entire unit weighs around 214 grams.
