Item # CAP002L

Supercharged Super Corsa.

Short for "Super Corsa," the Capo SC jersey is made with Capo’s Carbon ES fabric, which is found on some of its top-shelf race jerseys. Aside from high-performance materials, Capo gave the SC jersey the timeless style that only Italian designers can pull off.

Capo constructed the majority of this jersey with its Carbon ES fabric, which is a highly elastic, dual-knit microfiber polyester with visible antimicrobial carbon-core threads running throughout. Carbon threaded fabrics are known to enhance circulation, with the added benefit of keeping odor in check — something that you and your riding partners will greatly appreciate. The Carbon ES material also accelerates moisture transfer and drying time, while keeping you effectively shielded from harmful UV rays.

The SC jersey's underarms use contrasting Eyelet Mesh microfiber panels that have a distinct waffle-like texture. This creates a fine-gauge surface that's raised off of your skin. This means that you have built-in air vents that keep you cool and expedite drying time.

The jersey's full-length zipper with self-locking slider makes one-handed adjustments a simplified affair. While you're climbing, leave the slider in the upright position, and you'll be able to open the zipper with a free hand. At the top, flip the slider down to keep it locked in place. No more wasted energy fumbling for proper ventilation.

Three back pockets hold your tools and extra gear, Luminescent cuffs make you more visible in evening traffic, and the silicone waist keeps the fit of the jersey secure.

Good but not great

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: XL

This is my first CAPO product. I have owned just about every brand at some time over the last 27 years of competitive cycling. For short sleeve jerseys I am partial to Giordana, Castelli, and LG. Used to love PI but they started up-sizing things and sizing became frustratingly inconsistent. I do still like their bibs, however, and XLs are always spot-on.
Regarding this jersey, the esthetics are great, the various fabrics are high quality; however, this is not a lightweight climber's jersey. Also disappointed that at this price point it does not have flat-lock stitching. I never paid much attention until someone pointed it out to me. Then I noticed that I own several cheaper jerseys that are constructed with flat-lock stitching. It's one of those little things that just results in a refined feel and fit.
This jersey fit true for my 6'1", 182lb, 41" chest. It is a true race fit, so don't expect to hide anything! I do love the longer sleeves that are now becoming commonplace on many brands and models.

Great shirt if your a tiny person

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: XXL

Ordered a XXL, typically would fit me with some room, could not even get it over my shoulders.
Looks like a great jersey with some awesome venting, great for hot rides like we have in AZ. I'll shop elsewhere, the rest of my order was of marginal acceptable quality, but nothing of value I could not get elsewhere.

Pockets hard to access

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought the yellow/black. Fits well. In my opinion, the front is cut a little high. Fabric is good for Spring days, but I would hesitate to chose this jersey over my cooler ones when it's hot.
I am returning the jersey because of the pockets. Good news is that they are deep and can fit lots of stuff. Bad news is the top of the pockets is too high. It is hard for me to access the top of the pocket, and since the pocket is narrow as well as deep, reaching behind and then down to the bottom of the pocket is difficult. I couldn't get to my gel, and stuffing my jacket into a pocket required my waiting for a light where I could stop and put it away.

Nice, but..

Some weeks ago I bought the jersey color "yellow/black" I really like it, this jersey is very comfortable so that is why I have purchased another one but in color "White/Black". My only complain of this color is that the "yellow/black" looks better (very cool) than the "white/black". But I'm still happy with my purchase

    My first Capo jersey

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: Runs small

I actually really like this jersey. Got the white, I'm about 5' 10", 160 ish pounds, and the Large actually fit me pretty well. Not as tight as an Assos jersey, but a good fit for me.

I will agree that the jersey doesn't vent all that well due to the fabric being slightly thicker. However, the quality of it is top notch and it looks great. Definitely one of my more favorite jerseys.

    Doesn't vent well.

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

Great fit but the jersey does not vent well. On the fence about returning it for a store credit at this point.

I have a few rides in this kit and I'm not impressed compared LG or ASSOS. It just does not vent well and the sweat wicking in nonexistent. The sweat just pools in the jersey.
