Description

Why We Like The Outpost Elite Handlebar Roll

Built for the next bike packing trip, the Outpost Elite Handlebar Roll is a huge bikepacking bag worthy of our biggest adventures. We love using this massive handlebar bag when we’re planning on going deep into the wilderness for days or weeks at a time, and the roll-up closure means our most important items never get wet. We also love the four points of attachment, meaning that even down some of the gnarliest huge backcountry descents we don’t have to worry about the bag coming loose.

  • Large waterproof bag for your biggest backcountry trips
  • Synthetic material is waterproof and ultra-durable
  • 2-stage design means it’s easy to load and unload gear off the bike
  • Air bleed valve reduces on-the-bike bulk
  • Fits on any handlebar for road or mountain bikepacking trips

Solid and easy to use

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I've been using this thing for bikepacking on everything from flat dirt roads to techy singletrack descents and it just feels solid! No bounce at all! It will start to rotate around bars very slowly on sustained rough stuff but so far I haven't had to adjust it more than once a day. Plus you can remove the dry bag from the mounting system with incredible ease so you can pack it when it's not attached to your bike, which is much less awkward.

Awesome

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

This thing is a gem! It rides really nice with the rigid arms that hold the bag above your front tire. Many other brands are floppy. Doesn't budge on bumps. Also, really like the bungee for attaching a speaker while riding on the road.
