First rack and pannier set so this was a learning experience.
The rack arrived a little beat up with the Blackburn logo/light attachment point bent out of whack, but it'll still serve its purpose so no big deal.
One thing to note, if your bike doesn't have an attachment point at the rear dropout, you're going to need to order an extra long quick-release skewer from Blackburn to get it to work.
Also, my Ortleib panniers have a bottom attachment point that is meant to hook onto the rack near the bottom of the rack so it doesn't swing back and forth but the rack is too narrow to allow for it to attach. Unfortunately I realized this after I had already cut the extenders so I wouldn't be able to return it. Rigged up a couple loops of rope to get it halfway secured but this won't be a long term solution.

Familiarity: I've used it several times
I can definitely tell these are mass produced... it took some figuring out to mount on my GT Grade but it all worked out. I threw some BlackBurn bags over it and they fit well... Overall i am pleased with its performance but this isnt "Bulletproof" quality.
