Brightest LED Bike Light

I've put it through the wringer

Being a kid in the 80's I was fortunate enough to watch technology change literally daily it seemed! From making my bike make sounds like a dirt bike using a clothes pin, a common baseball card or Dad's ace of clubs from a deck of 52 snapped on back tire frame... To have a front light powered by how fast you could pedal those legs... When I decided to get back on 2 wheels again when I moved to Austin Texas from Daytona Beach FL because of flying not driving. I ended up buying a top of the line Scott Mountain Bike and subsequently purchasing a set of lights. The wall of bike lights stood before me. The "old bike shop pro" all 21 years old of him walked over and pointed about hip high just as I about uttered those all to common words, "I have know idea what kind to get"...! The sticker shock surprised me... "Wow" I said, "Does that light come with a plane ticket also for that price"... all with a chuckle...! The bike shop pro with a 3 month grown out goatee that I can produce just going a weekend without shaving says in his trendy hip Austin voice "believe me bra it's top notch"! Well of course in 2019 we Google reviews for everything so I did and found your site. Read up on a few and pulled the trigger, well pulled the old debt card that is...lol..! Just as some said, the battery lasts a very long time and those 2 small LEDS contain the power of a supernova... ok maybe just the power of our sun... ok ok ok just the power of 2 LEDs in a small plastic housing...! But using your page as a bargaining tool I purchased the light for the cost you have posted so thank you...! Just wanted to say thanks and sorry my story telling gets a little outta control sometimes...lol..! *** Only 1 Issue... The rubber connector has started to tear and it is getting worse... Do you sell replacement rubber connector parts...?

Awesome Light

I've used it several times

I purchased this light to help with visibility when biking not only for car but also for any hazards on the road. So far the light has been amazing. Brighter than most I have owned in the past, easy to recharge (no need to fiddle with batteries), easy to take on and off, and a bargain of a price. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a simple visibility solution to biking around town.

OK - fairly bright, nice and light too

I've used it several times

Plenty bright, 1.5/3 hour runtime, but this is small and light so no bat. The supplied mounting strap isn't attached and is easily lost, and does not feel very durable. I've had similar materials fail fairly fast. As other reviewer mentioned, the right size O-ring would be a good backup. I'd say buy some now, though, you'll need them.

Safety first: be seen

I've used it several times

This is not the only flashing front light I have, but it works fine and costs less than the others, none of which I use in the pitch dark. The supplied attaching rubber band is a bit too small for my bars wrapped with gel cork tape, but I overcame that with the biggest O-ring I could get at the hardware store. Failing that, I was planning on using cable ties which would have worked, but the big O-ring solves the problem.

Super Bright

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These are really bright for how small and cheap they are, and being USB rechargeable is great. Only drawback is that they way they're designed they are hard to mount so that they're pointing straight forward, instead they just point whatever direction your bar points (so just off to the side a little if you have bars with some sweep). Assuming you're just using these for visibility though, they are great.
