Why We Like The Bianchi Sprint 105 Road Bike
For experienced riders looking to take their riding to the next level by joining high-speed training groups or starting a racing career, Bianchi’s Sprint 105 Road Bike is a perfect upgrade. It features a carbon monocoque frame construction, providing an exceptionally strong, stiff, lightweight base and a carbon fiber Aero fork that helps absorb vibrations for a more comfortable riding experience at high speeds. For optimal versatility, it features comfortable race geometry, allowing us to put down maximum watts without creating unwanted fatigue as we spend hours in the saddle.
Spec’d with the 12-speed Shimano 105 drivetrain, we ride with the same trustworthy mechanical shifting performance we have known and loved before electronic groupsets came to life. This new-and-improved mechanical drivetrain offers improved grip, reliable braking, and smoother shifting than we’ve ever felt without an electronic setup. The 2 x 12-speed gearing ratios provide gearing for anything that comes our way, from a steep climb to a downhill sprint, and use a sub 1:1 ratio to help us control our effort as we ride. As we spring to the finish line on the Velomann alloy wheelset with Vittoria Rubino IV G2.0 graphene tires, slamming on our brakes never felt so good, thanks to the trustworthy performance of the Shimano 105 hydraulic disc brakes.
