Returned due to loose / club ride cut

Cut of this jersey is not for racing. It's not aero, nor is it light. Maybe a club rider spring jersey. Too baggy in the mid-section and too tight in the shoulders. Fabric not elastic enough. Zipper rolling. Returning. I am not confident a smaller size would fit better; it might fit better in the stomach but it would impossibly small in the shoulders/chest/sleeves. Again, the jersey is not a race cut or form-fitting fabric, which makes it not aero. Fine for your more rotund club rider type.

I ordered in XL which is usually my size based on the chart, I weight 175 LBS 5'9 with a athletic body type since I do work out and the jersey fit really tight around my entire body and arms. The material seemed good quality but when wearing it, felt a bit itchy. The shirt is also see through, which i didn't appreciate too much.

I love the aero cut offered by Assos. The Medium aero cut fits me like a glove. I'm 6-2 and 155. I tried the Mille which is said to be "form fitting" however the fit is off for my racy build. The chest fits perfectly. The lower section of the jersey does not taper but rather seems to provide space for extra padding. The build quality is excellent with all of the typical little things that make Assos jerseys special. I returned after trying on and will stick with the aero cut (in fact, I already ordered another aero cut). If you have a racer's build, the "form fitting" fit won't be form fitting but baggy in the lower half. I would recommend the jersey to anyone looking for a more relaxed fit.
