Rally Cargo Shorts - Women's

The Rally Cargo Shorts from Assos is designed to wear over its T.RALLYSHORTS_S7 LADY or XC bib shorts. Just like its road shorts, it receives the same optimized fit, classic Assos styling, and technical materials to keep you comfortable on singletrack trails. We really like the shorts as it eschews the typical "overly" baggy nature of most shorts and instead fits more like a semi-baggy no there's less hanging material to chafe legs, catch your saddles, or snag trail debris. So if you're looking for just a bit more protection and coverage without huge baggies, these are your shorts.

The front panel is designed based on the paneling in Assos' S7 road shorts. Though it's not as form-fitting, it does closely follow your body in order to reduce catching the saddle's nose or place a bunch of unnecessary material between you, the saddle, and—ultimately—the trail. The material is the same as what's used in the snug fitting T.rallyShort, too, so it stretches to reduce restriction while pedaling up a climb or throwing the bike around in chunky terrain.

The shorts built to handle the rigors of mountain biking as well as handling moisture and pair perfectly with the T.rallShort_S7 Lady. The shorts are made of Type.498 StonePine fabric, a material that repels water, dries quickly and is built for longevity in the face of daily trail abuse. The fit can be dialed-in through the inclusion of waist and leg zippers, and Assos itself describes that fit as "casual." We suggest that's a bit of a miss-categorization, though, as the S7 DNA evident throughout the fit and design means that they're anything but casual.
