Assosoires Winter Gloves

Seasons inevitably change, for better or worse, and as temperatures start to dip while we transition from summer into autumn, we crave a bit more insulation from out cycling gloves, though finding the right balance between our fingerless summer mitts and full blown winter gloves can be a little tough. Assos' Assosoires Winter Gloves aim to walk the fine line between the two, as the sequel to the Early Winter Gloves that we coveted in years past. These gloves are crafted with a balance between windBlock softshell on the back of hand to cut through icy winds and showers, and microfiber on the palm that provides tactile feel of the bar.

  • Assos' sequel to the Early Winter glove packs in protection
  • windBlock textile wicks while repelling water and wind
  • Microfiber palm offers light padding and a tactile feel
  • Extended cuff brings the barrier further to seal jacket gaps
  • Touch-screen fingertips enable connectivity to gadgets
  • Targeted padding damps harsh vibrations from the road

Is my warmest, the most wind proof, Less bulky and most awesome looking piece of winter gear that I own. It wicks moist and helps to regulate temperature. Used them on a regular basis. I would recommend to everyone. I have ridden on these gloves the whole fall and winter here in Connecticut. If you run a little cold go to the upper tier of these gloves. I bought XL but I think I would have been OK with the Large, or I could use a liner on cooler winter days.

Fingers were cold in mid 40s degree ride

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Runs large

This is a misrepresented product. Definitely not for winter. May be I have more sensitive limbs. I purchased this for light winters, instead of having to wear a heavy winter glove. I rode it in a mid-40s morning, San Francisco Bay Area Late October weather, and was very uncomfortable. I got the XL following the sizing guide, but I have shorter fingers, so the fingers stuck out a bit.

More Late Fall than Early Winter

I've used it several times
True to size

Typical Assos quality kit. Like that you can operate touchscreen gadgets with them on. Wore different combos of tights/layers/tops to ensure that clothing wasn't influencing effective range of the gloves. Bottom line, would never take these out into anything less than mid-40s.

It’s a nice glove, well fitting, light, good touch for the season; not a below 40F glove though; 40-55F; got really cold in low 30s.

Concur, though my temperature threshold would be even a little higher.

What is the quality of these gloves , I purchased the most recent early winter glove as a replacement for my very old pair .. the new one (on sale) lasted two rides before stitches became undone.. ..are these better made???

Warm fingers

My hands get cold really easily evidently, and these are the first gloves I‘ve tried that keep my fingers warm when temperatures get into the mid 30s F and lower.
