ArundelSport Water Bottle Cage
Item # ARU0005
Sport Water Bottle Cage
The Arundel Sport Water Bottle Cage is a nylon-reinforced plastic version of the famous Arundel Dave-O carbon cage. The Sport will hold all sizes of bottles securely and will last the life of your bike. It weighs 50g, about 20g heavier than the average carbon cage, but the upsides are its style, and its substantial cost savings. The Sport also has two sets of mounting holes to allow the best fit for your frame. The Arundel Sport Water Bottle Cage is available in the following nylon injection molded colors: Black, Blue, Red, and White.
- Wraparound shape
- Two sets of mounting holes
- Nylon reinforced plastic

Arundel Sport Cage
They look nice on the bike, but have sharp edges and scratch the heck out of the water bottles instantly. Very disappointed!

Works with Yeti bikes
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I wanted a plastic bottle cage that could take a beating on the lower frame section of my YetiSB6 frame. That location on the bike underbelly often gets hit by rocks and loose scree when I'm biking, but this bottle cage takes a beating well and won't splinter or bend like the metal and carbon counterparts.

Solid
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I have yet to lose a water bottle (I hear that's a problem for other cages?), and the yellow one perfectly matches the yellow hits on my Haanjo Carbon Comp, so that's a nice bonus.

Is Good
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I've been running one of these on my bike for a couple of years now with no complaints. Grips bottles well and looks great on the bike (I'm not into shiny/glossy so the matte finish on these is perfect for me). Just picked up a second one.

Low-Key and Strong Hold
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
The bottle cage blends in well on my bike and the price is right. It really grips a bottle tightly, so I don't have to worry about any fallen soldiers on a bumpy descent.

Works well for me!
- Familiarity:

My road bike is black and blue and this black water cage blends right it. It truly does its job of holding the water bottle tight.

Light Cage, Tight Grip
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
If you're looking for a light cage with a tight grip that won't break the bank, look no further! I previously had a lightweight metal cage and my bottles were always rattling out on harsher roads. Once you put your bottle in this thing, it's not coming out without a yank. I mainly use the Camelback Podium Chill bottles, but have also stuck a bunch of those cheap bottles you get from events in it with no problem. For anyone wondering, I was able to mount my Lezyne pump holder behind this with no problem.

Hold 'em
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
There is only one thing a bottle cage is meant to do; hold your bottle. After that comes durability, weight, and style. Black plastic cages can either do a great job, or a terrible job with not much middle ground. For $17 there aren't many that do it as well as Arundel. If I'm not buying a carbon cage, I'm buying the Arundel Sport cage.

holds the bottle

What more can you ask? It does what it says it does and it doesn't cost your arm and leg, just your pinkie finger.

Does this come with hex bolts for mounting (eg. 5MM) to frame?

Best bottle cage for the price
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Holds a camelbak podium chill like a glove. Doesn't look even slightly out of place on my full carbon bike. Feels solid, looks great. Unless you're a total weight weenie there's no reason to buy any other cage.

Like the weight weenie comment! Like all these so called "bike stallions" think shaving weight off their rides is going to make them world class champions.
