Biopad EMS A Electric Muscle Stimulator

We like using the Biopad EMS A after any active endeavor. Whether it's a workout, ski day, or even a multi-day backpacking trip, we like pressing this flexible, portable stimulation device against our sore muscles to assist with recovery. It's the larger of the two Addaday EMS devices, and even though it's sized for abs, we still like wrapping it around our forearms after climbing all day.
