Ultra Tri Ali'i 6in Shorts - Women's

Zoot created its new limited edition Ali'i collection in honor of Kona, as this is both the birthplace of the brand and triathlons themselves. It's not too surprising, then, that the lineup is based primarily around its top-end triathlon apparel. The Ultra Tri Ali'i Women's 6in Shorts aren't the fanciest triathlon short on the market, but a combination of technical fabrics and Kona style make them suitable for pro-level training and beginner to intermediate athletes in competition.

The body of Ali'i is made from a blend of polyester and spandex, with a durable central insert that's constructed of nylon and spandex. Together, the two panels provide a top-shelf blend of compressive support, cushioning, and durability, and give you a bright look that will stand out from the black-clad hordes. The panels are joined using Zoot's extra-stretchy SeamLink design, which is engineered with lie-flat seams to reduce chafing and mechanical stretch to increase comfort. The Ali'i also features both a BioWrap gripper elastic and and internal waist drawcord for a secure and comfortable fit.

Finally, Zoot incorporated an Integra SBR 1D pad into the Ali'i for breathable, low-profile comfort when you're on the bike. With a lightweight single layer of padding, it dries quickly and absorbs uncomfortable vibrations without interfering when you're running or swimming.
