Whether you're racing with a team, or simply getting after it solo, the Zoot Women's Performance Tri Team 6in Short offers a race-specific fit with ample support and minimalist padding. For the mainstay of the short's construction, you'll find a sublimated, Italian-sourced fabric with a 210-gram blend of polyester and spandex. This Italian-sourced blend places an emphasis on moisture management, stretch, and breathability, heightening your comfort level and range of motion during training and racing. At the inset, there's a 210-gram blend of nylon and spandex for a bit more abrasion resistance when you're cycling. Both of these fabric blends feature a UPF 50+ rating, ensuring protection from the sun's harmful rays on scalding summer days. Moreover, you'll find Zoot's proprietary SeamLink construction, which lowers the seam's profile for a smooth, non-irritating fit and feel.

Its inside drawcord waist secures these shorts during rapid movement, preventing them from slipping and riding up. The BIOwrap spot gripper secures the leg cuffs. This leg gripper is constructed from 240-denier spandex, meaning it's incredibly robust at the fiber level, yet highly stretchable for all of the exalted benefits of muscle support and stabilization.

Furthering your level of comfort, Zoot included its Integra SBR 1D chamois. This insert sports a minimalist construction with enough support for cycling, without inhibiting comfort and movement in either the swim or run. And because of the swimming, Zoot designed the Integra to be water-resistant and quick-drying — meaning you won't be racing soggy after T1.
