Description

Feel like a woman; ride like a bat outta hell.

For comfort and style on a mountain bike, you can't beat a bike skirt. The ZOIC Women's Damsel Bike Skirt is ZOIC's top of the line, with its highest-performance removable chamois liner, stretch fabric throughout, and a few hidden features that will make your ride just a little bit better.

The most important feature of the Damsel Bike Skirt is its chamois liner. The chamois, called the ZO-Tech, is ZOIC's highest-quality, multi-level, stretch chamois. It's even made with recycled polyester so it gives a little back. The chamois cushions impacts and reduces vibrations in the saddle. While you may not even really feel these vibrations, your muscles do, and all that shock and vibration causes fatigue. The liner is also fully removable to make it easy to clean or even wear with other shorts to instantly transform them in to bike shorts.

The Damsel's list of features doesn't end with its removable chamois liner, though. The whole body of the Damsel is made with a stretch material that won't bind or limit your range of motion. The fabric also pulls moisture away from your skin to keep you dry and comfortable. The Damsel comes with a hidden key pocket in front and a stealth rear zippered pocket– so you have plenty of room for your essentials without messing up the Damsel's style with big, bulky pockets. There's even a dedicated media pocket for your phone or MP3 player with a headphone cord control grommet and loop to avoid snags.

As far as fit is concerned, the Damsel's hem falls at mid-thigh. ZOIC also included waist adjustments so you can really dial the fit to your exact specifications. The Damsel is equipped with easy-grab logoed toggle zippers throughout that you can use without taking off your riding gloves.

The ZOIC Women's Damsel Mountain Bike Skirt comes in sizes XS through XL. They are available in Black Square, Castle Square, White Square, and Black Plaid.

Awesome urban riding skirt

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought the Damsel skirt mostly for commuting purposes. I wanted something I could ride my bike in but not have to change out of when I got to the office. It has been awesome to ride in. The buttons on the side of the skirt give you a better range of motion while you ride, and close off the sides when you are in the office so you aren't flashing anyone.
As far as using this on the mountain, don't waste your time. I spent a weekend riding in this skirt and just got frustrated with it always catching on my saddle. Sure, I looked cute and turned heads, but it was a pain in the ass any time I had to lean off the back of the saddle in a technical area. For now I'll wear it around town and to work. Love the fit. I'm 5'9", 125 lbs and wear a medium.
