PW Revo Bib Shorts

Zero RH +'s PW Revo Bib Shorts are the latest development from its Powerlogic testing lab. Zero RH + is helping to change the way that we look at what's possible in developing cycling apparel today, combining unmatched levels of support and comfort into its latest bib shorts package.

The PW Revo bib shorts' paneling was made from Zero RH +'s Firedry Gold Sensitive fabric. Firedry is a system of materials made into four versions that are distinguished by different weights and stretch characteristics. As with all of the Firedry fabrics, the Gold Sensitive is lightweight and breathes exceptionally well. It also incorporates highly elastic fibers that support the body's muscle through a full range of motion. What sets the Gold Sensitive iteration apart from the other variants, however, is its super-soft feel against the skin and added stretch. The leg panels were constructed with this fabric due to its ability to firmly hold your muscles in place while riding. Zero RH + also targeted these zones with differentiated stretch fabrics in order to further shield your muscles from the fatigue-inducing effects of road vibration. These inserts have been partially bonded with ultra-flat, smooth seams, keeping you both supported and irritation-free.

The bib portion of the PW is made using a technique of preformed anatomic construction. This provides a comfortable, natural fit, especially in the riding position. The bib shorts' stretch microfiber bracing at the upper back ensures optimum stability and an enhanced fit. The mesh lumbar back paneling below this area forces cooling air to pass through the bib in order to keep you cool and further speed sweat evaporation. As with the shorts, all seams are welded, rather than stitched, eliminating chafing and irritation.

Zero RH + gave the PW Revo its Pluton chamois. This hand-sewn insert provides shock-absorbing cushion to reduce fatigue and numbness over the course of your ride. The Pluton's exceptional moisture management keeps you dry and comfortable, while its gender-specific, high-density foam features a low compression coefficient that ensures effectiveness after hundreds of miles in the saddle.

Rounding out the PW Revo bib shorts is Zero RH +'s leg gripper system. This system uses smooth elastic- and silicone-lined Firedry fabric. Two reflective rear inserts have also been installed in order to increase your visibility to motorists in low-light conditions.
