Great video! Cycling is definitely a lifetime sport; my dad is 65, a 47-year rider and still does 30 miles every morning. Keep it going!

Happy Birthday! I can only hope my 40th will be as awesome.
The music is Girl Talk. It's definitely made for white people in their 30's, and completely appropriate. Also, great trainer music, it's like a single, 90 minute track with slowly ramping tempo

I was there once, 11 years ago on my honeymoon. That was long before I owned a bike and it was one of the most beautiful places I'd ever seen.
