I love it, CC is state of the art. You guys are in the moment in time. Great vision and the best of the best. I wish I can say this for the rest of the humans walking the planet with us. So maybe Kimber pepper spray is the all purpose solution for us elite cyclist to function in the planet. Right ON!!!!

Andy, Good to see ya and thanks for the tour of the new CCHQ. The layout is awesome and operations seem silky smooth as ever. Sorry I didn't get to see Craig while I was up. We definitely need to get a ride in next time.
- Rob, Fort Walton Beach, FL

April 29, 2009

I love it, now I want to build a house like your HQ. Not only do you have the best looking website in the industry now you have the shop to go with it. Similar to great pastries are followed by a great bakery. Good luck, and now I have to make it a plan to visit Little Rock check out CC and hopefully get a Pegoretti.
- Nelson , New York City

April 27, 2009

It would be very nice to work in a place like your HQ... and even more if the job it's related with bicycles!!
- Emilio Huerta, Monterrey, Mex

April 26, 2009

Who is the Cevélo distributor here in Paris, France?
- Raymundo Manalo, Paris,France

March 20, 2009

Congrats to you guys. Enjoy your new space! We've loved CC for years and still rave about the service Eric gave me on my 5.5 purchase. And kudos to you guys for carrying our buddy Ty's awesome pedals (Twenty6)...helping to support grass roots design and production.
- Candace, Bozeman

March 19, 2009

PawleeWalnutz...many many thanks for your kind words. To answer your question, i'm currently on the comeback trail...we started shooting new video yesterday. We should have a few new ones posted soon. "Stay Tuned" as they say....
- andy, little rock

March 17, 2009

I recently ordered and received a Powertap rear wheel with computer. To say that the wheel was built well was an understatement. Please pass on my praise to the wheel builder - AWESOME. I then called to order an accessory on a Saturday - and could hear kids playing in the background. The guy on the phone said that sometimes the other guys brought in their kids on the weekend. I NOW KNOW WHY - after looking at the pictures. Great work guys.
- Eric , Burke, VA

March 13, 2009

No worries, Bruce from Acton. As I am still learning, many times facetiousness and sarcasm do not come across well in the blog-o-sphere. Tailwinds to you on your next ride. Also, I second the motion of Daren from Middeltown: Bring Back Andy! His video reviews are the bees-knees.
- PawleeWalnutz, NYC

March 13, 2009

My apologies PawleeWalnutz, NYC - I mis-read the tone of your message - as such "jabs" are all too common on sites these days and they just get tiresome. Yours seems to have been with tounge firmly in cheek. With a moniker like PawleeWalnutz, I should have seen that in the first place. Cheers.
- Bruce, Acton

March 13, 2009

Where are the video production facilities? Don't want to lose the connection with the guy who says - "Hi, I'm Andy from Competitive Cyclist"
- Daren, Middletown MD

March 13, 2009

Woweeeeee! I would pay you guys just to hang out in such a fantastic bike shop. But I would have to wipe the drool from my face. Do you have any openings? Just kidding, but I have had only great experiences with your company, and I wish you the best with the new facilities.
- Greg, St. Paul, MN

March 13, 2009

Great new digs! Glad to see your siccess has produced even more capabilities in a perfect environment. Dave Fraser
- Dave, Irvine, CA

March 12, 2009

To the author below, use Google (or not Google) to look up "facetious". CC's new joint is a veritable Shangri La. It makes a Duo Dickinson house look like a Cracker Barrel.
- PawleeWalnutz, NYC

March 12, 2009

To the author below, Competitive Cyclist is Competitive Cyclist - not Google. Good design does not have to be expensive or excessive - think Duo Dickinson - www.duodickinson.com. Catered food, massage tables and expensive tvs seems out of line with a shop that tries to bring great products and enormous value to their customers. The authors at CC have made it known that they worry more about content (i.e. obscure European races) than what they watch the content on - see below: "I think my favorite hour of the week is making my kids a late Sunday morning breakfast to histrionic French play-by-play of the last 40km of 2nd-tier races like the Brabantse Pijl." “There was a time in my life when I watched La Course en Tete once a day, every day. It was the thing that made my existence whole -- it was the very articulation of why training on my bike made life feel worth living when nothing else did.”
- Bruce, Acton, MA

March 12, 2009

What? No "Racer's Lounge" replete with catered goodies and massage tables? No media center with twin 72" Plasma TVs, stocked with DVDs of every obscure little Belgian kermesse? Pftttt...get back to me when you really start trying...
- PawleeWalnutz, NYC

March 12, 2009

Shiner Bock? I have a head ache just thinking about it. How about some Stone IPA and some Italian pannini sandwiches with some hot peppers? That aside, you guys are cruising in that great building. Good Luck in this coming year and beyond.
- Robert, Santa Fe

March 10, 2009

Wow! While your site portrays an entirely clean, tightly run business, you've outdone yourselves with the new facility. I'm deeply impressed. My two favorite views, the exterior and the bike wash bay; garage door: fun and functional.

March 10, 2009

What,!!!! no individual driving range bay door that with a flick of a switch would allow you to open the door and hit shots into the river.....sorry ...hit slight fades into the river using your new Ping's....no really...you transformed your dreams into reality..nice going
- Jerry, St. Louis

March 10, 2009

Nice. I wish I lived near enough that I could drive over and check it out. The only addition I might suggest is perhaps an iconic bicycle with rider on the outside of the building to draw the eye to it's theme/purpose. Is the math problem below a trick question?.
- Steve , Tucson, Arizona

March 10, 2009

Congrats on your shiny new digs--looks great. Just needs a peloton whizzing by to complete the picture.
- Jim, DC

March 10, 2009

I always imagined that your offices would be cluttered stacks of boxes with weird italian labeling, assorted Park wrenchs and half-full cups of 3-day old coffee. By was I wrong :-) Seriously, that's some nice digs! I'm a big supporter of work environments that are consistent with your brand and your values. You've built a boutique-like environment for connoisseurs, enthusiasts and your employees alike. Hope to someday visit you guys, but for now I'll continue to read "What's new" and drool at the parts and frame porn.
- Hemanth, Madison, WI

March 10, 2009

I knew that Competitive Cyclist was a top-notch organization from my first hit on your web site several years ago. My conversations with your CSRs confirmed my impression. I love the Merckx MX Leader/Record bike you built for me. Taking the tour of your new faciltiy provides proof positive that all the recommendations I've made to friends and family to visit your site reflected very well on my purchasing savvy. You guys do it right. Congratulations!
- Mark, Cranford, NJ

- Karin, Chicago

March 10, 2009

March 09, 2009

I have had the pleasure of being able to visit the old shop (River Market District) as well as the new shop (shown above) and have come away from both experiences thrilled. The new space is amazing, I was completely blown away with how aesthetically pleasing it was, along with the brilliant service and advice from the staff. It seems that every ounce of passion the company has for cycling has only been equaled into the putting together of a new home. Congrats fellas!
- Burke, Searcy

March 09, 2009

You mean folks don't take the time to wipe down loaner bikes before sending them back? Even if you're paying to ride the thing, that's just rude.
