A fun bike for fun trails! I hope one day to own a Pegoretti, but until then I will continue to enjoy the more plain bikes I have, and I will try my best to send some of the wonderful energy from Western Colorado all the way to Italy to promote your return to wellness. If you ever want to ride a mountain bike in a beautiful place, Western Colorado is that place. Get well soon!

Hi Dario, I wish you speedy recovery and many healthy, fulfilling years to come. You are one of the greats who are living the dream even if it doesn’t come easy. Your work has been and will be inspiration for the generations to come. With the great respect to your dedication to cyclists, community and industry may your wellbeing arrive quickly. Best wishes, Krystian Pac

Dario, I am a sculptor (www.jeffreymaron.com), long time bike nut, and I have always loved your frames for the pure expression they made. A bike, for us who love your work, is first an object of vision which later takes motion with us. I want to express support for you, to encourage you to remain positive, embrace your adversity and look for it to bring you blessings as well as challenges. I have never owned one of your beautiful machines, but the moment I saw one, I recognized the art involved. I work with my hands every day and they speak to my heart, my art is the result. I sense we share this philosophy. I hope someday to gaze lovingly at my very own Pegoretti, but until then, I wish for you a strong recovery and the blessings of those who love you and your elegant rides. Jeffrey Maron P.S. Instead of photo of my plain Specialized, I thought I would attach one of my sculptures, which unfortunately is heavy and has no wheels!

I'm a devoted cyclist. I don't know You Dario personally and had never used crafts of your skilled hands. But I wish you fast and complete return to full health. Let our best wishes help you fight with your desease.
