This look is the result of Orbea Airflow Technology, a design that creates a natural current of airflow around the sides and through the helmet to provide superior aerodynamics with plenty of ventilation. The Thor's lightweight retention system is innovative, as well. The main element of this system is a dual-injection molded strap that stands up to tons of abuse without creating any uncomfortable pressure points.

The Thor has also been designed with an extremely compact structure. This is made possible by Orbea's exclusive 4-layer TC construction, which also allows in increase in ventilation. This is a result of Orbea's study of the helmet's External Surface Index. The idea is that a helmet with smaller surface area not only looks better, but ventilates better, as well.
