I love it, CC is state of the art. You guys are in the moment in time. Great vision and the best of the best. I wish I can say this for the rest of the humans walking the planet with us. So maybe Kimber pepper spray is the all purpose solution for us elite cyclist to function in the planet. Right ON!!!!

Andy, Good to see ya and thanks for the tour of the new CCHQ. The layout is awesome and operations seem silky smooth as ever. Sorry I didn't get to see Craig while I was up. We definitely need to get a ride in next time.

I love it, now I want to build a house like your HQ. Not only do you have the best looking website in the industry now you have the shop to go with it. Similar to great pastries are followed by a great bakery. Good luck, and now I have to make it a plan to visit Little Rock check out CC and hopefully get a Pegoretti.

Congrats to you guys. Enjoy your new space! We've loved CC for years and still rave about the service Eric gave me on my 5.5 purchase. And kudos to you guys for carrying our buddy Ty's awesome pedals (Twenty6)...helping to support grass roots design and production.

PawleeWalnutz...many many thanks for your kind words. To answer your question, i'm currently on the comeback trail...we started shooting new video yesterday. We should have a few new ones posted soon. "Stay Tuned" as they say....

I recently ordered and received a Powertap rear wheel with computer. To say that the wheel was built well was an understatement. Please pass on my praise to the wheel builder - AWESOME. I then called to order an accessory on a Saturday - and could hear kids playing in the background. The guy on the phone said that sometimes the other guys brought in their kids on the weekend. I NOW KNOW WHY - after looking at the pictures. Great work guys.

No worries, Bruce from Acton. As I am still learning, many times facetiousness and sarcasm do not come across well in the blog-o-sphere. Tailwinds to you on your next ride. Also, I second the motion of Daren from Middeltown: Bring Back Andy! His video reviews are the bees-knees.

My apologies PawleeWalnutz, NYC - I mis-read the tone of your message - as such "jabs" are all too common on sites these days and they just get tiresome. Yours seems to have been with tounge firmly in cheek. With a moniker like PawleeWalnutz, I should have seen that in the first place. Cheers.

Where are the video production facilities? Don't want to lose the connection with the guy who says - "Hi, I'm Andy from Competitive Cyclist"

Woweeeeee! I would pay you guys just to hang out in such a fantastic bike shop. But I would have to wipe the drool from my face. Do you have any openings? Just kidding, but I have had only great experiences with your company, and I wish you the best with the new facilities.

To the author below, use Google (or not Google) to look up "facetious". CC's new joint is a veritable Shangri La. It makes a Duo Dickinson house look like a Cracker Barrel.

To the author below, Competitive Cyclist is Competitive Cyclist - not Google. Good design does not have to be expensive or excessive - think Duo Dickinson - www.duodickinson.com. Catered food, massage tables and expensive tvs seems out of line with a shop that tries to bring great products and enormous value to their customers. The authors at CC have made it known that they worry more about content (i.e. obscure European races) than what they watch the content on - see below:
"I think my favorite hour of the week is making my kids a late Sunday morning breakfast to histrionic French play-by-play of the last 40km of 2nd-tier races like the Brabantse Pijl."
“There was a time in my life when I watched La Course en Tete once a day, every day. It was the thing that made my existence whole -- it was the very articulation of why training on my bike made life feel worth living when nothing else did.”
- Bruce, Acton, MA
