Big Top 29 Enduro Complete Mountain Bike

The Enduro kit expertly balances bang-for-the-buck with a smart mix of SRAM X9 and X7, a Fox Racing Shock, and Mavic Crossride wheels. This ensures crisp, 10-speed drivetrain action, proven suspension quality, and fast rolling stock. These components, while impressive at this price point, are only part of a bigger picture.

The Big Top’s front triangle makes use of 7005 butted and manipulated aluminum tubing to ensure ultra-precise handling and excellent power transmission when climbing out of the saddle. However, aluminum’s inherent stiffness, while great for efficiency, can be brutally harsh as it transfers every trail imperfection directly to the rider. And even though the larger air volume of twenty-nine inch tires help to quell this fatigue-inducing vibration, it’s still there, slowly eating away at the rider. That's why Yeti went the extra mile and added a high-modulus, carbon fiber rear triangle to dampen these vibrations. What you get is a super smooth, lively ride with reduced weight -- effectively turning the Big Top into a highly capable marathon machine. The carbon rear triangle features Yeti’s iconic looped seat and chainstays, which pay homage to the infamous Yeti FRO hardtails of yesteryear. Yeti's Big Top seamlessly mends the distinctive Colorado-bred handling traits that Yeti fans cherish, only with the benefits of a 29er's enhanced flotation, traction, and momentum.

Up front is a 100mm travel Fox 32 Float 100 fork with the new CTD adjust. This ensures a simple user interface and easy tuning with three pre-tuned compression dampening options for climbing, trail, and descending. The Yeti Big Top Enduro Complete Bike rides on a Mavic Crossride wheelset wrapped in Maxxis tires. Drivetrain duty is covered by a mix of SRAM and Shimano. Up front is an X7 front derailleur and SRAM S1000 crankset with 22/32/44 tooth gearing. Out back is an X9 rear derailleur and a SRAM 11-36T cassette. Avid Elixir 5 brakes keep speed in check, while an alloy Truvativ T20 stem, seatpost, and handlebar occupy the cockpit.

The Yeti Big Top Enduro Complete Mountain Bike is available in the color Black and in the sizes Medium, Large, and X-Large.
