WS 5205 Wrist Support

Unfortunately, we all make mistakes while we're riding. Often the wrist is the part of the body that pays dearly for these mistakes. You probably already have a helmet, elbow guards, knee guards, shin guards, and gloves. Why leave your wrists' cheese out in the wind? Protect them in comfort with Troy Lee Designs WS 5205 Wrist Supports.

The WS 5205's internal stays disperse impact energy to reduce discomfort and injury in a crash. Adjustable hard plastic internal stays provide tons of protection, so you'll be protected even if you've had previous wrist injuries. Vented neoprene keeps the heat down by promoting airflow through the guard. The beefy triple-strap design keeps the wrist guard firmly in place to provide as much support as possible. The glove-friendly design stays out of the way of your grips while you ride so you have unobstructed access to your controls.

The Troy Lee Designs WS 5205 Wrist Support comes in Black. It's available in sizes S, M, and Large.

Bike park support

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

If you are riding in the bike park alot, there is good chance you are getting hand and wrist discomfort. I am riding a full DH bike with a pair of RevGrips installed but the discomfort is still there. Now I am riding with these both wrists and dont think I would ride the bike park without some nice wrist support like this ever again. There are 4 little plastic struts in the back of these. They only provide extension support since that is the force your wrists are taking riding. When I first got them, I thought they were duds. The plastic struts are straight but your wrist needs a slight extension for natural grip on the bars. I had the bright idea to put a bend in them and now they are perfect. At first I was using 2 struts, then 3 now back to the full 4 which is what they came with. These are great for ride support. As far as impact protection, I think they would help but I wouldnt consider them to be fully protective,
