SmartGauge D2 Pressure Gauge

It doesn’t matter how many years are under your belt; squeezing a tire is no way to determine proper inflation pressure. Topeak's SmartGauge D2, however, is the proper solution to quantifying your pressures.

The gauge features Topeak's rotating SmartHead, meaning it'll work seamlessly with both Presta and Schrader valves without changing parts. The digital gauge reads up to 250 psi, so it can be used with suspension components as well as tires. Topeak's SmartGuage D2 can also be programmed to show pressure in psi, Bar, or kg/cm2.

Not as good as I hoped for

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Seems well made but there a several areas I think are poor design. 1. The head needs to have some sort of recess to line up on the valve before you press to take a measurement. Dont line up perfect then you will be grabbing your pump again because you will let out air while checking. 2. The ability to let air out and recheck is useless. It does not show a new reading till you pull the gauge a way and reset. You cant leave the gauge in place, let out some air and see the pressure fall to desired pressure. And becasue of issue #1 you are likely unless ultra careful to let out more than desired It is not junk but for the price should be better. I would not recommend.
