Thule Pack 'n Pedal Commuter Pannier $0.00
While designed to perfectly fit the Thule Tour Rack, the Pack 'n Pedal Commuter Pannier will still install on virtually any conventional rear rack. But, the real innovation is in this rack's patent-pending, vanishing attachment system.
This design uses a magnetically closed flap that hides the pannier's rack clips. As a result, they won't snag anything when toting. This isn't even to mention that it also looks sleek when off of the bike. The Pack 'n Pedal Commuter Pannier is constructed from tarpaulin, which is a durable, abrasion-resistant fabric that's also weather-resistant. So, the items that you're carrying will always arrive unscathed.
The Pannier also features a convenient laptop pocket along with an internal small item pocket. Meanwhile, external straps allow you to tightly secure everything. Thule provides reflective elements for low-light safety, and a loop lets you attach a rear light for added piece of mind.
The Pack 'n Pedal Commuter Pannier measures externally 19 x 12 x 5in and has 1159 cubic inches of internal space. Please note that this pannier is sold individually for the either the Right or the Left.

Stylish and Sturdy
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Just picked these bad chickens up and my first impression is that these will turn some heads for sure. Very stylish, urban-oriented commuter bag. Smart features like a Laptop sleeve, external elastic wrap-around pocket, and concealable connection hardware make this the urban commuters dream pannier
Very solid pannier.
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
Very solid, stable pannier but a bit small for my needs. It was very tight trying to get a change of cloths, lunch and shoes in the bag. I probably would have made it work size wise or got another for the other side but I have a cyclecross bike and could not mount the bag far enough back to keep my feet from hitting it.
