We like to wind down at night with the Therabody Smart Goggles, which feature SmartSense Technology to lower our heart rate and reduce stress and anxiety. It features three modes—Focus, SmartRelax, and Sleep—to soothe our headaches, relieve eye strain, ease facial tension, and help us rest. The Smart Goggles charge through the included USB charging cable for 150-minute battery life (depending on mode) and can connect to a Therabody app via Bluetooth for sound therapy that complements the vibration, massage, and heat modes for a restorative, multisensory experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Therabody is one of my favorite innovators in the game, and I especially loved their Smart Goggles. I have a rough time with getting proper sleep and decompressing before bed. This device is perfect for helping with that and also keeping a good track of how it's been helping you. You can connect the device to the Therabody app and control the device from there + your progress in terms of heart rate at the beginning/ end of usage. There are 3 levels to the heat and 3 different types of modes (Relax, Sleep, Focus). The app also comes with audio in case you want that with any of your modes. The device is one of the more expensive ones on the market, but it's well worth it if you are consistent with your use!

Great app, subpar product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this product. The app is good, however the device itself needs work. There was a mechanical grinding sound emanating from the left side, and the goggles are so heavy and tight even at the loosest setting. I ended up with bruising the next morning from them.

Great relaxation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a headache girlie and this helps significantly with the occasional headache. It’s also amazing for simple relaxation when needed. The heating element is nice to have but I would have preferred a cooling element or maybe even in addition too the heating.

Helps you relax

These smart googles have different functions that allows you to relax, concentrate, and sleep better. It has an app with already set routines for you. It has vibrations and heating to enhance relaxation. 10/10

Amazing!

Good after a long day

Amazing product

Interesting Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An eye mask very different from what we all know eye masks to be! It massages your temples, has heat, vinyl backing for easy clean up and Bluetooth connectivity. Also a sensor to read biometrics. Comes with a convenient carrying case to store them when not in use. The only reason for the 4 stars and not five, the heat setting can’t be controlled. You can turn it off, but that’s about it with options on that one. And I must say, it gets pretty warm, very fast and I am not using that feature because of that. Other than that, pretty impressed with it!

Good for Headaches/Migranes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got this product I used it and loved it. It helped comfort me and lowered my stress levels. I let me Dad try it who suffers from migraines and he loves it. He sat for 30 mins and loved the product! I only wish that there was a bluetooth speaker in the headphones so that the sound comes closer other than my phone.
