Great for Tall Slender Build

I bought these because I have a tall slender build and wanted the stirups to help keep them in place. I am about 6'1" and 177 lbs and the large fit great. Wanted something warmer for spring and fall in the mountains. Used them the first time this weekend with temps in the mid 40s. and they were great. The chamois was quite comfortable.

Simply Awesome

After reading a good review here and on I decided to grab these. These are really quality bibs with a nice thick chamois but not too soft where it will bunch in the wrong areas. These would be perfect for hours in the saddle. If your looking for a good pair of bibs for the fall, look no further. You will not be disappointed. Another reason I bought these is because I have long legs, but a slim waist and the stirrups that hold the leg down interested me so they wouldn't rise up. The stirrups are very think and not noticeable when walking or pedaling.

great bibs

not what i expected but great nonetheless. I thought these were going to be like my subzero pants but they are much lighter and thinner. However they kept me warm on my first two uses (40km road ride at 0c and 30km road ride at 4c ~29km/hr). the chamois is great. fit is good. I didn't like the stirrups at first but didn't find them to be bothersome on the rides.

Does this model have a pad??

The copy says this one doesn't have the chamois, which makes it versatile enough to layer over a short for cycling but used later that week for cross-country skiing, or under ski pants on cold days skiing in the mountains.

Sugoi does make a version of the same tight with the Formula FX chamois but I don't see it on realcyclist.

Just a 2012 update: I talked to Sugoi the other day, the 2011 winter line high end cycling tights (at least the zero plus line) ONLY come WITH a chamois.
