SUGOi RS Zero Bib Tights $0.00
The Sugoi RS Zero Bib Tight is ideal when something as protective as the RS ZeroPlus 320 isn't needed. Utilizing many of the same technologies as the RS ZeroPlus 320, the RS Zero gives you wind and moisture protection for less-than-frigid days.
Constructed with Firewall 260 paneling down the front of the legs, and MidZero around non-wind prone areas, the RS Zero toes the line between solid weather protection and stifling warmth. The soft, inner side of the MidZero fabric is made to expedite moisture movement and increase airflow. The fabric is brought together with a flat seam to avoid chafing, making the tights more comfortable to wear. Breathable Mobil Mesh bibs attach to the tights at the waist. The spandex mesh blend provides comfortable movement with wicking properties to aid in keeping you cool and dry.
The tights come with the Formula FX insert. The stretchy, high
density padding adds support where it is needed, under
pressure points, softening road vibrations. A molded center
channel adds additional pressure relief to your perineal area. Four-way
stretch side panels mold to the contours of your body so your movement
isn't inhibited when you stand up to sprint.
Stirrups on the bottom of the tights keep the legs secure, and your ankles covered from chilly winds. A five-inch zipper on the front makes bathroom breaks easier while out riding and two reflective logos on the back of the tights add a measure of visibility.
The Sugoi RS Zero Bib Tight comes in Black only and is available in Small through XX-Large.

zipper broke after use
- Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
zipper broke at bottom . should have a reinforced stitching!
- Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
These have windproof panels that kept me warm in the low 30s. I could not see wearing them anymore once the weather breaks the low 40s. For me, they'd not be sufficient for temps lower than the high 20s.
The fit was not great compared to my LG gear. The stitching came unravelled in the first few rides at a couple spots. Also, the zipper blew out at the bottom. As my only pair of appropriately warm tights, I fixed the zipper and super-glued the bottom of the zipper, so it would not happen again. So, my experience with their build-quality was not good. The fabrics chosen for warmth were correct. Fit is a personal thing, but build quality was def. not up to par.
FIT: I'm 5'11" 32" waist, 33" inseam, 158lbs. The M fit was mostly right, but not consistent.
- Familiarity:I've used it several times
I was worried about buying an XXL, seeing as how I wear XL bibs (Pearl Izumi, Hincapie), but these have a tight supportive fit which I like a lot. They are strangely enough somewhat tight around the stomach, I am 36-38 waist and I can feel the zipper being cinched up around the midsection. The straps - while comfortable around my chest - are just right at six feet in height. Almost tight standing up, and just right on the bike
Takeaway? These are definitely not a baggy XXL fit if you're worried about that.
Tights are great on rides 35-45... I'm not sweaty, temps regulated, and my knees were not cold.
Lastly, the Formula FX pad was also a pleasant surprise. Thick, supportive and comfortable.
I was so surprised by Sugoi that I snapped up a pair of RS bib shorts for summer riding.
solid bib tight for the money
- Familiarity:I've used it several times
I have owned and worn the regular RS Zero tights for several months. the bib version is exactly the same in fit/performance. very comfortable with a soft inner lining, keeps legs very warm down into the 35-45 degree range. they don't offer a ton of wind resistance, so keep that in mind. overall a great buy for the money at the sale price. I'm 5'10" and 165-lbs with a 30" inseam and the Large fits perfect (snug with a little extra length).
