Sugoi RPM Men's Jacket $129.95
Ride through the rain.
When packing is paramount, you need an ultralight shell. Or, more specifically, you need the Sugoi RPM Jacket. While it's highly-packable, this jacket doesn't sacrifice weather protection in favor of convenience.
Sugoi's RPM Jacket relies on its HydroSheild fabric to stop wind and rain in its tracks. It's a fabric that features a 2.5 layer construction, with a durable water-resistant treated outer-shell (DWR) and a moisture wicking inner-layer. This combination, along with completely taped seams, ensures that you'll stay dry on wet rides.
Sugoi cut the RPM with a close fit in order to cheat wind and to reduce water intrusion. However, it's still able to layer over jerseys without a struggle. Sugoi also gave it a drop-tail rear hem in order to shield you from road spray. Meanwhile, Sugoi also provided hook-and-loop cuffs to seal out the cold and water. The front zip is waterproof as well, and it ends at a collar that's been treated with a soft microfiber. So, you'll find that it's nice and comfortable against your skin, instead of the typical rough and muggy. And, rounding out the construction, Sugoi included reflective accents to increase your visibility to motorists in low-light conditions.
The Sugoi RPM Jacket is available in six sizes from X-Small to XXX-Large and in the colors Cyan, Matador, and Super Nova Yellow.
