Well, with a female-specific cut, mid-weight insulation, and the lack of a chamois, the Midzero is suited for anything that requires cold-weather protection and a complete freedom of movement.

Sugoi's Midzero Zap tights serve a very specific purpose -- keeping you warm and comfortable. To achieve this, Sugoi constructed them from its mid-weight and highly-stretchable Midzero fabric. This material provides a suitable level of warmth for multiple temperature ranges without the weighty bulk that's all-too-common with winter-weight tights. Additionally, Midzero's weave features a full-motion stretch and breathability that make the tights malleable and accordingly suited for everything from Nordic skiing to cycling.

And while materials are integral to protection, Sugoi knows that fit trumps all. Accordingly, the Zap features a multi-paneled, anatomic construction. This ensures that the tights will conform to your body while it's in active positions. Why's this important? Well, a typical tights' pattern is cut in the traditional pants form. And when you're legs articulate at the knees, hips, ankles, and groin, this cut forces the fabric to work against you, inducing abrasion. However, with the Midzero's contour cut, abrasion is eliminated as you gain a complete freedom of movement. To secure the tights' precise fit, Sugoi included its signature elastic ankle grippers, a moisture wicking elastic waistband, and a stretch drawstring at the waist.

For easy entry and exit, the tights feature seven-inch locking ankle zippers. And to carry essentials like your keys and credit card, Sugoi also included a small interior pocket at the waistband. Additionally, the tights have been given 3M Scotchlite reflective accents to increase your visibility to motorists in low-light conditions.
