Speedplay Speedplay Snap Shim Road Cleats $40.00
The Snap Shim Road Cleats includes a set of two replacement cleats and complete cleat hardware for Speedplay road pedals. Please note that you must purchase the proper set of cleats for your pedals. Each system has their own cleats and they are not interchangeable. All styles of Zero pedals (Ti, Stainless, and Chrome Moly) require Zero cleats. All styles of X pedals (X1, X2, and X5) require X Series cleats. And the Light Action pedals require Light Action cleats.
All cleats are compatible with virtually all road shoes in the marketplace.

Speedplay recently updated their cleats to improve compatibility with the sole curvature of current road shoes. For those curious, the package I just received contains the new model.

Would this cleat fit a shimano 105 pedal?
This cleat will NOT fit a shimano SPD pedal system. Bikin' Bikin' I believe you are thinking will the cleat fit a three bolt road shoe. Which, in that case, yes you would just need the Speed Play base plate to adapt your cleat to your shoe. But this cleat would not work with a three bolt, or road pedal. This includes the Shimano 105 pedal. Eddie, you would need: http://www.competitivecyclist.com/shimano-spd-sl-cleat-sets?ti=U2VhcmNoIFJlc3VsdHM6c3BkIGNsZWF0OjE6NjpzcGQgY2xlYXQ
