Sombrio Drift Women's Shorts $0.00
Strong, tough, and good-looking
You shouldn't have to choose between a high-performance short and a good-looking one. The Sombrio Women's Drift Short is both. Sombrio gave the Drift a long freeride cut, built it out of tough materials, and packed it with features that you'll enjoy without even thinking about it.
Constructed out of four-way stretch Quattro Flex Dura fabric with DWR finish to repel rain and mud, the Drift Shorts will fit pads under them without trouble. A gusseted crotch panel eliminates the use of traditional seams to reduce chafing on saddle contact points. Like many Sombrio shorts, the Drift has a durable seam construction with bar tack stitching throughout all the stress zones. The Park pass recoil keeps your lift pass secure while you're riding around high alpine lakes and bumpy access roads. Two hook and loop pull tabs on the waistband let you adjust the waist as needed, without the use of a belt.
A single zippered thigh vent on each leg with a mesh lining allows for airflow to keep you cool when it's hot at 9000 feet. A zip pocket on the side of the leg is angled for easy access to your riding essentials, and the single welt pocket with zipper closure keeps your ID and cash safe for post ride drinks.
- How to Measure:
- For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
- Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
- Natural Waist:
- Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
- Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
- Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
- Measure from the center of your back to your wrist with arms held out.
- Measure over waistband of pants. If between sizes, order the larger size.

better than most
I got the blue (a little flashy but fun) in a size large since I wanted a loose fit. I am 145#, 5'5" with a bit of extra booty. I can fit hip pads under these but so far haven't actually ridden with any. they are pretty heavy material but this is necessary and the mesh liner keeps air venting through. big leg pocket is rad for holding all sorts of stuff. they come down to hit at the bottom of my knee cap...no dorky riding up on top of knee pads. the adjustable waist tabs are key for my small waist. The fabric is well sewn though i did blow out one of the tabs and also a snap after 6 days of wear so I am going to exchange for another pair.
