You're going to lose a little mobility in the pedal department, but the added safety of an internal hard cap will be there for those nasty wrecks.

Six Six One uses a stretch mesh back and perforated neoprene to allow freedom of movement without any annoying bunching, and it also permits cooling air to flow through uninterrupted. The Rage Hard Knee Guard is pre-curved and stays in place with hook-and-loop closures to prevent migration. For impact protection, EVA foam sides extend the area of coverage.
