The result is the Axis series, and the Saris Axis Steel 4 Bike Hitch Rack is the biggest and burliest of them all, capable of carrying up to four rigs (maximum weight of 35lbs each), yet weighing only 20lbs itself.

Made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty, the Axis comes fully assembled and ready to install on your vehicle right out of the box. Integrated top tube and anti-sway straps keep bikes evenly spaced and prevent them from clanging around during transport. There's also a smart tilting feature built into it that makes it easy to swing the rack forward so you can access your vehicle's tailgate. Finally, like all Saris products, the Axis has undergone rigorous, abusive product testing, from vibration tests to material resilience, simulating 100,000 miles of real-world abuse, all to ensure durability, strength, and functionality that lasts as long as you keep loading it up.

The Saris Axis Steel 4 Bike Hitch Rack comes in only one color and in a single version that can fit into both 1.25-inch and 2-inch hitch mounts. A hitch lock for the rack is available, but sold separately.
