Ride faster than Superwoman.

Toss a leg over the Santa Cruz Juliana Women’s Mountain Bike, with the D XC build kit, for your next off-road adventure, and expect superb ascension and straightforward descending. Gone are the days of seatposts reaching for the sky, or you riding stretched-out like Superwoman in flight on bikes made for guys—because it’s designed around women, the Juliana’s frame maximizes comfort and control. Spec’d with parts like Shimano’s proven Deore shifters and Avid’s powerful Juicy 3 brakes, the climb-crushing Juliana’s weight hovers on the petit side, while price stays reasonable without sacrificing performance.

  • Fox ProPedal tuned rear shock eliminates pedal bob without the need for a lockout
  • Simple and lightweight rear suspension design minimizes repair intervals
  • Mavic Ride wheels take off-road abusewithout weighing the bike down
  • Shimano XT rear derailleur for smooth shifting

Here's what others have to say...

o my, Juliana

I've been riding the Juliana frame for a little while now. Five years to be exact. I've tried to move on, I've tried to find other frames I love as much, but I just can't. Every time I try I feel like I'm cheating. Will my Juliana mind that I'm trying to ride a Blur today? I probably just shouldn't bring it up....
I'm 5'2", 127 lbs, and love climbing, almost as much as I love descending. The compact fit of the S. frame is perfect for me to power up hills and stretch out on the descents. Maybe one day I'll move on, but for now, there just isn't anything else out there that makes me quite as happy as the Juliana does.
