Here's what others have to say...

Questionable quality

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The shorts themselves are very nice and comfortable. I wear mine as trail and DH shorts. The back area get a little steamy from waterproof panel but not too bad. The fit is on the baggy side but I like that. Problem is with the stitching everywhere. The stitching is coming out in various areas and the inside liner is pretty fragile.

Love 'em, hope they last...

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Really digging these shorts, and they look great. Good stetch, fit, and function (maybe some unnecessary pockets, but that doesn't really bother me). I'm using these as more all-mountain than DH shorts so hopefully they'll hold up.

Cool shorts, won't last

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These shorts are great looking and comfortable. Unfortunately, they do not hold up to dh use, especially in key areas such as the waist adjustment straps. I tore both of mine off of the elastic band they attach to while riding, not crashing. Also, the four way fabric has hilariously awful abrasion resistance wise compared to other designated dh shorts. These are a killer pair of all-mountain or enduro baggy shorts, but really don't hold up to the abuse dh throws out. One last thing to note- I have the 2012 model and they may have beefed up current year offerings

I think it says these are all mountain shorts I believe they do a Drift, Race and SP247 for DH use that use corder style fabric which is heavier duty

do these shorts have a Chamois in them?

do these shorts have a Chamois in them?

Responded on

Nope, no chamois or padding. You'll need separate shorts for that.

Is the liner removable

Is the liner removable

Responded on

No, the liner is not but its not like a fitted short its just sewn to the outer layer.
