Smooth your stroke through dead spots

It’s time to develop a more efficient pedal stroke with the Rotor Road Inner Q-Ring. Not only does the Q-Ring’s unique oval-shape smooth your pedal stroke to maximize your power potential, its redesigned pins and ramps now provide faster shifting. Optimum Chainring Positioning offers a range of mounting positions to ensure that every rider can achieve leverage and torque transmission with the Q-Ring. The Rotor Road Inner Q-Ring fits Agilis and 3D Cranksets and is also compatible with most every crankset and BCD (bolt circle diameter) currently available. The 113mm and the 135mm Campagnolo-specific rings will work with 10-speed Ultra-Torque cranksets, but they are not compatible with 2011 11-speed cranks due to a new fastener design.

Might not be a boost in your power

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I spent the last six weeks doing blind power testing on Q-rings, Osymmetrics and circular chainrings. There wasn't a significant difference between the circular and the q-rings. So if you are trying to increase your power, I would just hit the trainer harder. Also you are likely to experience problems shifting with these rings
