SID XX World Cup Solo Air 100 Fork - 29in

The carbon crown and steerer unit perched atop RockShox's SID XX World Cup Solo Air 100 Fork alleviates the front-end stiffness issues that plague many 29ers. It also drastically reduces the fork's weight, with RockShox claiming a weight savings of almost 150g over the normal, alloy crowned SID XX fork. The built-up Power Bulge bushings further buttress the fork's stiffness at the dropouts, making for better power transfer and a ride that's more forgiving of error while tracking across techy lines.

The SID XX World Cup features RockShox's top end, race-ready Motion Control DNA damping system that fights off gravity with external rebound and incorporates separate circuits for low- and high-speed compression. The damping is remotely adjustable with the included XLoc remote, so you can dial it for high-riding sensitivity over consecutive bumps or larger impacts.

The Solo Air spring is also easy to tune with a single Schrader valve, which adjusts both the negative and positive chambers at the same time, and RockShox's Bottomless Tokens, which alter the chamber's effective volume to dial in the compression curve and meet individual ramp-up preferences. Pairing all this with a Rapid Recovery valve that rebounds quickly after full impacts to prep for the next hit means you'll stay in control across root-latticed climbs and rocky descents.
